Fidentia’s 10th Anniversary

This year we are celebrating our 10th Anniversary! Such a milestone, which was duly celebrated. We could not have achieved this without the support of our clients and the insurers we trade with. Thank you all.

Since establishing the Company in 2013 we have been working together to build a strong, successful company that provides a first-class service for our customers. ‘Cover with Confidence’ is still our ongoing moto. Starting with a team of just 6 in 2013, we have now grown to a team of 20 who are dedicated to the client delivery service and thus have helped us grow to be the business we are today. We take pride in the work we do and as we continue to place insurance for clients who have remained with us for several years, we like to think that demonstrates we are delivering the service our valued clients want.

We are situated at the heart of the London Insurance market, being in close proximity to Lloyd’s of London and other major insurers’ Head offices, so we believe this puts us in a good position to trade closely with key insurers. Whilst the last few years have seen significant changes to the way business is transacted, sitting in front of an insurer negotiating for clients (or sometimes just mulling over the weeks football results with them) is still in our view, the best and most satisfying way to do business in this industry.

Relationships are everything still, whether with an insurer or a client.
